Consideration and approval of a resolution approving financial assistance from the Texas Water Development Board in the form of a principal forgiveness agreement in the amount of $900,000; delegating authority to certain officials of the Silver Creek Village Water Supply Corporation to execute the principal forgiveness agreement and to approve certain other agreements, procedures and provisions incident and related thereto.
